How is your pricing so clear?: We have done this enough to know what things cost. If your situation is unusual, we will tell you upfront, before we start, not after.
What if I already screwed something up?: That is most of what we do. Cleanup is usually easier than people think. Book a call.
Do you work with small businesses or just startups?: Both. Whether you are launching a tech startup or running a local business with partners, we have packages for you.
What is not included in retainers?: Major matters: litigation, fund formation, M&A, regulatory examinations. Those are billed separately.
Do you work with companies outside of Utah?: Yes. We serve clients across the U.S. and regularly work with companies in Delaware, Wyoming, and other states.
Can I upgrade or change packages later?: Absolutely. Many clients start with Entity Setup and add services as they grow. We will help you figure out what makes sense at each stage.
What if my situation does not fit a package?: We handle custom work too. If your needs are more complex, we will scope it out and give you a clear quote before starting.
Do you offer payment plans?: For larger engagements, yes. Just ask during your consultation.
