- We have done this enough to know what things cost. If your situation is unusual, we will tell you upfront, before we start, not after.
- What if I already screwed something up?
- That is most of what we do. Cleanup is usually easier than people think. Book a call.
- Do you work with small businesses or just startups?
- Both. Whether you are launching a tech startup or running a local business with partners, we have packages for you.
- What is not included in retainers?
- Major matters: litigation, fund formation, M&A, regulatory examinations. Those are billed separately.
- Do you work with companies outside of Utah?
- Yes. We serve clients across the U.S. and regularly work with companies in Delaware, Wyoming, and other states.
- Can I upgrade or change packages later?
- Absolutely. Many clients start with Entity Setup and add services as they grow. We will help you figure out what makes sense at each stage.
- What if my situation does not fit a package?
- We handle custom work too. If your needs are more complex, we will scope it out and give you a clear quote before starting.
- Do you offer payment plans?
