Adam Wardel

Adam is a business executive with experience managing complex legal, risk, and governance matters. Proven results in global expansion, acquisition integration, contract negotiation, employment, data privacy and artificial intelligence law.

Currently, he serves on two for profit and two non-profit boards of directors, and was general counsel / chief legal officer to four companies, prior to starting his own fractional general counsel law firm. During his career, Adam has acted as head of global legal operations for companies in size from 100 employees at 4 million in revenue to 800 employees at 350 million in revenue, and he has managed business expansion through organic and acquisition expansion for companies into 10 foreign jurisdictions around the world.

Adam was 2020 Corporate Counsel of the Year for the State of Utah, and currently serves as Vice-President or Member of the Cyber Law, and A.I. Law Committees for the Utah State Bar, as well as Vice-President for the Utah General Counsel Association.

Most importantly to Adam is his family and the ability he has to travel the world with them.
